Brigitte Shultz
Brigitte was born and raised in postwar Bamberg, West Germany and speaks German fluently. As an adolescent with parents of modest means, she learned early in life the value of a frugal lifestyle and hard work. After spending time in England to increase her knowledge of the English language, she spent a year as a Hostess at Disneyland, CA before moving to Omaha, NE where she met and married her husband, Art Shultz. Together they raised 4 beautiful daughters: Bettina, Jessica, Jamie and Lisa. Lisa was born with Downs Syndrome and is the joy of all of their lives. The other 3 daughters are now happily married, and, have blessed Brigitte and Art with 7 wonderful grandchildren.
Brigitte was licensed as a Realtor in 1993, and, quickly rose up the ranks becoming the #1 sales person at ERA Ruslyn Realty. She then joined RE/MAX Premier Realty in 1996, and, Art joined her in 1999, birthing The Shultz Team. They have been top producers in Marion County since then. Through the years, they have enjoyed helping over 2800 families buy, sell, and, invest in property in Central Florida.

Daniel Gilland
After growing up in the Florida panhandle, I found my way to Tallahassee, FL for college, and, graduated with a marketing degree. After college I attended ministry school, and, returned to Tallahassee as a campus minister before transferring to lead new ministries in Atlanta, GA. Shortly after marrying my wife, Jessica (who just so happens to be one of Brigitte and Art’s daughers), we moved to New York City to join a church planting cohort. After almost 10 years as a pastor in the big city, and, 2 children later, we decided that it was time to move back south again. After receiving my license in early 2019 I’ve been a top producer at RE/MAX receiving their 100% award, and have been recognized as being in the top 15% of agents nationally.
