It’s vitally important to get a pre-approval letter so that we know what we’re looking for. We have a network of great lenders that we highly recommend, and, would be happy to connect you with.
Getting Serious
We like to start with a Buyers consultation. During this meeting or call we’ll help hone in on what you’re looking for, and, create a plan for getting there. We also have specially designed apps that put you in the drivers seat! You can search for homes, save the ones you like, and, send us notes about properties that stand out to you. When you’re ready, we’ll schedule some showings, and, start the hunt for your next home!
Done Deal
When we’ve found the home you like, we will help you submit an offer. We have the negotiation skills, and, knowledge to help guide you with the right offer with the right conditions. Once an offer has been accepted we are still there to help walk you through the appraisal, inspections, and, whatever else comes your way all the way up to closing table.
Now it’s time to get the keys, and, throw a housewarming party (can we come?). We know that this is a big moment, and, we’re so happy that you trusted us to help you in this exciting process.
